Clan Limit (Minimum)

I think that there should be something to automaticly destroy all of those 1-3 person clans. To make it fair, it won't go into effect until they first each the line (5 or something like that seems fair). The clan leaders would each get a system message saying that they are under it, and have say... 10 days to get more members.
This would serve to elemenate all of those clans that only have 1 person in them.
Ideas? Feedback (please avoid yelling about how badly this idea sucks)? Ways to make it better?

How about not? My friend is inactive right now and has yet to rebuild his clan.. And this has been discussed many times before now. And do you know how many times it has been rejected? More than I can count.

So what's the etiquete (I don't know how it's spelt) for bad ideas like this?
Do I wait a week for other people to give ideas, wait for Baluski to lock it, wait for Gyu's litle finger gun, or delete it right now?
