its never safe to assume anything with Neji >.>

Think, he wants the game to get harder, not easier. More Exp means easier. Unless he makes it so that more exp is required to fill the bar...

Its now 16% but its more reasonable the higher dk you get. (timeskip Sasuke and Naruto sounds hard)

I like the idea and thats about it...the enemies you fight are stronger than oro! I mean they steal chakra pts. gain 60-150 percent of their attack and deal massive damage to you like 60% of your current health...I mean even Oro isnt that tough! lol but the idea is very good I def like it...maybe with some changes to the characters ability to make them less godly but still difficult enough to where you have to try
