Ummm... if anyone can help, how do i get my charm up cause every time i try to "wink" at TenTen she ignores.

well its pretty much random about charm depending on what you do

You have to start off small with TenTen, then go into bigger things -- marriage.

You might also want to get a little charm before approaching her.

There are many ways to increase your charm points. You have to find them out on your own, though.
Just add your charm a bit and you can wink.
