Well, I was in Water Country. I went to plunder Genin ltthor's dwelling (which was a treehouse). And when I clicked on it, this happened.

I was able to leave it and return to Water Country.
BUT, that's not all. I tried to plunder it again, and it happened again. I thought this was a concentrated thing, so I tried plundering someone else. Again, it happened. Another person? Same thing.
I can always return to Water Country, but I can't plunder anyone. So...Just pointing this out...

I asked my friend Mioku to see if it was doing the same for him. He went to plunder, and it worked fine for him. He tried a second plunder, and he got the same error as I did. The odd thing was that his first plunder was a Cityhouse and second was a Treehouse. This made me think that it was confined to treehouses, so I decided to plunder a cityhouse. I got the error. Perhaps others should try see if they're effected by this thing also.
