I had a problem with this guy. I figured I must have chose to kill him but I thought I chose to leave. It said is that all you got and he killed me. I was in the graveyard and the event happened 3 more times. It said I could not torment anymore and I was defeated in the forest losing more exp while already dead. Then I tried to torment even though it said I could not anymore but I saw I still had all 10 still but it was another forest fight. My creature attacked then, I died. >_> I didn't attack and he didn't attack either and I lost. 40% exp down the drain I could now start tormenting.
