To me, the most well known person is either sharuto or shukaku. They are very accompiished.
They don't talk a lot but they do talk enough that you see their name every day.
There are accomplished people that don't talk in publc at all.
I tend to stay away from the conversations in the gardens now.
I do pop up in the shades every now and then.

Having your name seen is the best way to be known. Whether it is on the front page or posting a lot of comments.
You could be well known but you don't have to liked.
