Stealing HP is always a good thing....

oh, did I mention that all the HP stolen might be used to power up some certain guy in the forest?  :twisted:

just needs more than "get a heal" thingy to it.
Some...well... more interacting component ^^
(quite some specials that run here are hooked into other ones, they influence themselves (you don't know which do what though))

In that case, the double count for should event enemies aswell.

The loss of perm health is most likely 1, but unlucky people lose 5.

And could make it positive healings lose some money, get's put into a pot with a maximum, and the ones unlucky enough to lose their perm health will get some compensation.

if this rookie messes with permanent hp, i think there should be more good sides. if not, at least make an option to attack him and kill him :twisted:

And neji would make the rookie have like a million hp with an attack that does 500 damage 5 times every turn  :good:  :twisted:
