im sorry if this is spam and what not but i never got the point, like what are the abilitys for the pets?

The point of the pets is to have a companion during your battles, travels, and to assist you in reaching your goals.  As for the abilities of each pet it is a gameplay deal.  In other words, one must play with the mount (pet) in order to find out it's abilities.  One pet may be perfect for one warrior, but it might not be the right mount for another.  A lot depends on the warriors style of gameplay, and how the warrior spends his dragon points. Each mount has a particular ability, you have to find out which mount suits you the best and caters to what you need the most.

long story short meaning --> the more expensive the pet the better

not necessarily, take the number 2 and 3 most expensive mounts for example. Number 2 is about 20 gems more expensive and looks a lot cooler but number 3 is actually a lot better. You'll find out some day.
