Who saw the Festival post one of the mods made?

A small poster hangs on one of the trees, it reads something about a"Cherry Blossom Festival" in Konohagakure on April 13-16.... I saw that earlier yesterday, I'm wondering if the war has something to do with the festival? Tell me what you guys think, casue it really confuses me at times

If I were game master I would have made it Waffle House Festival. But Cherry Blossom Festival is a great name also... I'm still happy. :D
