->Enemy "Love Letter Thief" (chance of happening: lower than 0,1%)
->You win and get a "Sakura love letter"
-Visit Sakura in the forest
              -~-Event is starting-~-

She is asking you if:
-You are the thief: Yes: She will beat you up
                           No: She will thank you for finding the letter and askes you if you could find the other 998 letters
                           ->Everyone else can now ask Sakura about the letters (this option is only available after this event not before) and will so know that the event started

I was thinking of making it easier for players to trigger the event so that everyone can join in the fun.

If you trigger the event through a forest fight, players with a lot of turns or can chain a lot of flowless fights will be the ones who get the event way before other weaker players, making it unfair.

The letters can be found almost anywhere, in the forest, in towns, even during travels. There are a total of 999 love letters out there. Gotta find them all!

@Gyu: No no you missunderstood I only described the trigger for the start of the race only the first letter everything else can be found all around the shinobi world
           ...like when it is finished because someone won the event is active but then when someone comes across it it won´t be active anymore till it starts again
