I'm 4 levels away from ANBU and I still haven't made any contact with the seal  :( . That is why I'm becoming good now. But thanks to Akatsuki I'm so evil that after now I quit it is hard yo!

Not necessarily, I've seen Kages who are evil but have no power but i've also seen jounin, and one particular Hunter Nin with SST. "The Hunter" got SST in 1 try.

Go for SST, it is not prejudiced towards any alignment!  :D

CS may be easy to get and all, but from what I hear, it has a really really really bad side effect at CS2.

The tattoo is just harder to maximise its power, but so far there hasnt been any talk (that i know of) of a single side-effect, which is a good sign.

I have never seen the event for CS so getting it isn't easy. But I've seen the SST ninja like 3 or 4 times.
