why not disable it?
not all are trained to use 2 weapons at once you know.
that makes it even.
a useless weapon instead of a useful weapon.
and why not getting negatives for weapons?
we get negative buffs so why not negative weapon stats?

because then the effects of that weapon or the jutsu's that go with it would have to be pretty damn good, which would make the game easier and i'm pretty sure that neji is not a fan of that. Besides, if the sword thing wasn't awsome and did have negative stats, then no one would use it and it would just be wasted hours of programming, but what do i know
