a)Around what level is it attainable?
b)do you choose which one(heaven/earth)seal you want?
c)What are the downsides to it?

the rest is secret for a reason ;)

and there will be some... well, curse seal alterations like heaven/earth or so... but they will be based of the "normal" curse seal. you are not told what kind it it is nor what is does look like
