c) at least a few people to backup you up. one is the lead translator for one language, so if there is no team, check out who has the most skills and can lead a small team

d) language proficiency. sounds ridiculous, but everything below "A" language skills are not sufficient. The language you translate into has to be a language you are fluent and very proficient in it.
Well fluent... I Can Take The DictonaryIf You Want xD... No But I can Speak Very Good Swedish.. But There Is Going to be a Problem With The.. å ä ö.

How many people do you have?

You translate *ingame* means you need an account. Also those people should be trustworthy.

Well, ok.

Currently there are a few languages put in, I'll check what to do next. There have been a few drawbacks I was unaware of.
