My best advise to us is play the game a lot and eventually you will be strong. So sometimes you won't have to use potions =D. SO I don't agree with your idea.

Yeah... pretty outrageous ideas. I don't believe that having 300 oro kills will really further your reasoning, there is nothing in the game that only Grand Hokages can unlock to my knowledge, so this idea's a no go.
