I was using the "black market" to help people. People wanted donation points, I would charge them. I didn't discriminate, I would help anyone, but I was not being a shark about it. It also allowed me to continue to donate to the server even though I had the permanent kyuubi.

You know why I haven't donated recently, but that will change soon.
I still feel if you are caught abusing the system, then:
1st Offense - at least 2 week ban & removal of all gems.
2nd Offense - Delete the accounts, which would include dwellings & maybe clans.
I think this is the best thing to do.
