I think.. the shop Could Only apper on travels and Turns... Its More Rare...

Okay why not instead do this.You get the weapon or armor and it gives you an effect like kuromaru.But you still (assuming you need it) get regular weapons and armor and the special stuff could just be like an add on.Or you get techniques from it but you have to use chakra for it.like a different kind of ninjutsu.
