If you step down as founder of a clan will you automatically become the rank 30?

Purpose:

A leader can demote another leader.

A founder can never be demoted.  :twisted:

Just a quick question.. Not relating to this topic, but another one is unnecessary. when you clear the member list, and then withdraw from the clan, it gets deleted right? Or after you boot all the members and then delete your own character via preferences, the clan is deleted?

I can't say, without deeper lookup if it is the exact moment the last member leaves, but I think so.
