first you need the kekke genkai for chidori and neji didn't finish it yet and for everyone above sannin it's gonna be hell

We should know a few attacks that will hit more then one enemy. Some of the Katon and Fuuton should be able to. This could change what type on ninjutsu people are using to be able to combat multiple opponents simultaneously, since some probably won't have attacks that hurt multiple enemies.

KBoogi is right. Don't get confident around Neji, he will leave you battered and with no dignity left. I for one am barely able to stay alive at level 1 using my ninjutsu, so I doubt that the hunter nins that just claimed they can beat 5 Hyuuga's at once can actually do it.

I for one will be finding shelter under a rock once these changes come.
