Pokemon Problems

OK, so I'm trying to get my Pokedex to at least 250 (Maybe Celebi :)) on my Gold version.

I'm trying to evolve a Chansey into a Blissey. I know, I know It evolves when it's happy. But it's at level 51! ffs. I'm just pissed that it hasn't evolved yet and I don't even know if I'm close. Anyone ever train a Chansey, and evolve it? Advice please!

I've been trying to evolve my Togepi into a Togetic in XD (which is *really* hard, because it was programmed that way, and I'm supposed to trade it for an Elekid).
Colleseum and XD are both pretty fun.... v.v

It takes forever...
Give Lil' Pokemon the Poke' Haircuts and keep it in the first slot of the party is my advice.

Used to have gold, and blue, and yellow, but they all vanished. Idk what happened. Gold was the best in the series but Idk anything about the game now. I have ruby and Firered but I never play them.

Give it Hair Cuts everytime available.. Also.. give them Carbon, Zinc, Protein, etc... it makes it happier... =P Also just walk with it in your party.. And I think it has to stay lower then a certain Level.. Cause I think Togepi's lvl was 20.. << and if it was happy enough when it hit 20 it evolved...

My Togepi evolved around level 33 and I only took it to the hair saloon(aka my rival's sister) once.

Catching Kangaskhan and Taurous is pretty hard. They keep on fleeing.

Congrats on making it evolve.

I still like the games (currently has a file on Ruby), but I've lost interest in the anime.

Chansey is one of those pokemon that evolve when it likes you enough, so just spoil the darn thing...as other people have mentioned.

It may evolve at any level, but if it didn't evolve after hitting level 100...

I stopped watching the cartoon in 3rd grade, it got waaayyyy too confusing. Now they're going back in time and fighting armies and stuff, what happened to just having your animals battle it out to the end?  :roll:

Yeah, I never really watched the show, but I still have some cards, like Charizard for instance.
