Question about Kyuubi

Will it show up only when you have the gems? If so does it show up if your gems are combined with your Companion? (Like if it cots 300 gems and I have 250 + my 81 gem Companion it will show up)

If any of this is stuff I must find out on my own, please tell me.

a mount shows up whether or not you have the gems.

only if you have too few oro kills, it won't be visible for you.
