This is in the wrong topic. If you go back to the main page of the forum you will see a help section, next time ask questions about the game there. Yes there is a way to level up. You fight your master. I don't know if I tell you  where to fight your master if it is spoiling the game so I will stop there for now.

and yeah just fight your master (in your native country) and if you win you gain a lvl.
keep training and fighting your master and youll be good =)

Basicly, when your Exp is in the Blue, you go to fight your Master at the Ninja Academy, which is located in your home village.
You keep leveling up until... Hehe..
