Bunshins only have 30% of strenght comparing to the original, i don't think a bunshin would be able to perfom that technique... it's too god-moding. And that way it would be easy to seal the bijuus... just make a bunshin and POOF.

He just do bunshins to hold them all... but the real one is the one who performs the technique.

Remember that Sandiame WAS THERE
he also said since HE performed the technique HIS soul would get sealed away >.>;
Kage Bunshisn have no souls other than the one in the original
Therefore Yondaime couldn't have survived the Jutsu other wise Sandiame would have lived >_>
