I've seen the face of the leader, he's definately not the Fourth, he's his brother! Meaning that the leader isn't Naruto's father but his uncle!

The unknown member is obviously Haku and the leader Konohamaru. 
Overwise, I have a hunch Yamato could be the leader or tobi. More likely tobi but meh.

i think tobi is the one with the mangekyu sharingan, becuase think about it, tobi-obito (kakashi's old team mate who gave kakashi the sharingan before he "died") the names are similar, and it was said the Tobi's specialty was genjutsu and well all know that genjutsu is a big part of the mangekyou sharingan, and on top of that, the mask that tobi wears circles his left eye, which is the one that he did not rip out and give to kakashi, but... i dont know about the leader, i think its an unkown person, either that or very briefly mentioned

*off topic* Strangely, the events go in the famour of Yamato being tobi, especially if you pay attention to the chapter where they fight the sanbi and compare their behaviour. (ex: Tobi falling asleep right after yamato did his jutsu on naruto and ect...)
