I have already talked to Neji about this, and Neji already knew about the problem and it will be fixed. Also, I believe the person who is at level 16 already sent Neji a message as well. So everything is going to be fine.

he found the bug, he keep the lvl 16 a week as a "gift", then will be reset.

Now if only I didn't have 40 messages of "Why are you level 16" every time I log on... thank god for copy and paste...
I'll try to restrict my bragging... key word being try  ;)

I'll probably just kill oro Friday or Saturday to reset it.... unless that might screw things up
