Ninjutsu question

Hey, I am new and maybe I missed it in the FAQ but I was wondering when can I learn new ninjutsu moves and such.

Actually there's another way besides leveling up and the method Kakashi mentioned... But that's a secret :) .

you know that post that replied mine was kinda rude=P im not a idiot i know their lvling i was just making the point if your just starting out dont expect to get it any other way other then leveling
