to be precise: I took over in her place, and enhanced the game. She was not too happy about it, and we both agreed to make 2 servers and let the people choose, as 5 months of my work were in there.
Hence we split the server. About 3 weeks later, she rerouted legendofnaruto.com to my site and retired.
that was july 2006

Nice, exactly the month when I joined(July 1, 2006 to be exact ). I do remember that there were two sites that looked exactly the same when I logged in. It was like naruto.elefanmatrix.com or something like that and one of the sites was saying only to sign up to the other. It confused me a lot.
