shame on you people for saying the rasengan wont be strong...let's take into perspective that when sasuke fought naruto their chidori vs rasengan were pretty evenly matched and in SL chidori does around a 100 damage give or take?! im hoping neji make sit stronger than that...I think it should be...you activate rasengan charging through the forest destroying anything in your way THE END lol

you need to compress all that chakra and then hold it and then lock onto the enemy and if you miss youre dead
