Consequences of alcohol abuse

Well the game is getting unfairer and harder for players ^^ so I thought about this topic
What about consequences of being drunk everyday?
-->like a slight stroke or a liver disease
->You canīt attack for a round or two in a fight because you suddenly got a stroke
->maybe you have pain so you canīt attack and canīt eat anything till you had some medicine

have it affect your attack and defense, like your hungover from the night before and because of that your defense decreases temporarily for 60 rounds, or something like u woke up with fat woman next to you, you lose 5 permanent hit points

Or something because you're so drunk, you don't gain a positive buff but temporary health, and get a negative buff because your vision is blurred.

when you get drunk dont you get like.... super strenght? which makes the positive buff .-.
then you get the hangover (lose forest fights and maybe some hp on the new day)

those are basically its real SHORT TERM effects...
