shinobi legends isnt working

I keep on getting this message.

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 113 in /var/www/html/naruto/lib/dbwrapper_mysql.php on line 136

and

Unable to connect to the database server. Sorry it didn't work out.
