Different Jutsus for different Villages

Is it just me or does everyone learn the same jutsus no matter where he comes from ? Learning fire- style jutsus might be okay if you were born in the Fire Country, but it doesnīt feel right if you learn those while training in the village hidden in the M

new specialty system (when I have time) ... and THEN such things will get normal, I will have lots more techniques then.

Since Iīm still new at this Forum, I didnīt know that. But you have to admit that it would feel more natural if each Village would teach their own jutsus.

Okay, which water- style jutsu would make a good replacement for the fireball jutsu ? Any Ideas ?
