leader can be demoted by leaders.

yet founders not (ONLY those who explicite status : founder)

officers+up can actually promote/demote.

hmm...hard to track those things.

Yeah, I was Founder which is why this situation seemed so weird. And can't an officer only promote up to their rank and demote anyone of equal or lesser rank?
