Chinese & Japanese Short Name
« on: September 07, 2007, 02:09:28 PM »

I wish we could use Chinese & Japanese character for the clan's short name. They look cool & short. Take Akatsuki for example, <暁> VS <AKA>, which one do you think symbolizes Akatsuki better? "暁" is the kanji for Akatsuki. Short & simple.

I didn't say that you must use chinese or japanese characters for the clan's short name.

Hinata looks over your form but informs you that your clan name must consist only of letters, spaces, apostrophes, or dashes. Also, your short name can consist only of letters. She hands you a blank form.

i tried using symbols. Not chinese and Japanese ones, but regular symbols and those aren't allowed either.

I don't think so. It's too much trouble due to the number of clans.

That makes no sense then. If the example you gave was Akatsuki, yet they cannot change it; So if existing clans want to change it, they have to delete their whole clan and create it again?

I know it was an example, I am just saying. Existing clans would have to delete their clans and re-create them in order to change..correct?
