Sorry Twitch,
The missing nin option would be for both good and evil alignments.  The perfect example would be the Fifth Hokage, Tsunade.  She left her village, just like any other missing nin.  Your point of a good person's name not being in the World Bingo Book is understandable, but one is never to leave their village (unless its for a mission of sorts).  Therefore rather a shinobi is of good or evil alignment, if they are considered a missing nin they are wanted.

I don't think anyone *chooses* to get kekkai genkai. I think that people are chosen to recieve them. Atleast that's what I think.

Stupid Oliver  -_-

Pfft, well anyways....STILL is you are in a bingo book, you are not a good guy...if Village's ANBU come after you, you aren't a good guy.. If you are a target to a village, you are not a good guy....This "new classification" seems to appeal only to those who are evil

I'll explain it again.
Rather good or evil, the alignment one has doesn't matter.  When one chooses the option of being a missing nin.  They have abandoned their home village.  Leaving one's home village, leaves the person with no home at all. Meaning they are wanted by their former home village.  In addition, entering any other village without permission is cause for him or her to be attacked.  Meaning that this person now has there name in the Bingo Book, because in this game you have to travel to villages.  In addition, to travel to villages, remember to level up you have to go to random villages which means you will be entering hostile territories on multiple occassions.  Which ticks off the foreign villages even more that you think you can enter it not once but twice, or maybe more times than that. So now not only is your home village looking for you, but now you also have foreign villages looking for you hence the World Bingo Book.
Hopefully you understand now why both the Good Anbu and Evil Anbu will be on your trail. As well as why the alignment of good or evil doesn't effect one being a missing nin.

One more final example: Asuma Sarutobi was a good guy right?  However he had a hefty bounty on his head.  Not all bingo books should be seen as only having evil people in it.  It can go vice-versa at times also.  Think about Kakuzu  ;)

Good point I have to admit that I usually think of evil people in Bingo Books but you're right, who is it to say that evil people that have a bingo book of good people in it. And if a person is wanted in every village then they would surely be in a World Bingo Book.
Well thought out and explained Shikamaru  8)

So, TECHNICALLY. When somebody chooses to be a Missing Nin, they become Neutral? That way both good and bad will be after them..Right? If they are bad, other "bad" ANBU wont want to kill them, they would want to unite and become an even stronger evil "force" So they would HAVE to be neutral..no?

Not quite.
The best way to put it, is there alignment wouldn't mean a thing.  When choosing missing nin, a person is only for themselves, not evil, not good, and not neutral.  Outside of chaotic neutral, most neutral people have a sense of what is right and wrong.  A missing nin is for themselves(but they can still have personal values) and their own goals and desires very much like Tsunade(good)before being the Hokage going from casino to casino piling up debts, Jiraiya(good) not forgiving himself for not stopping his friend Orochimaru, Sasuke(neutral) just seeking more strength to defeat Itachi, and Orochimaru(evil) wanting to learn every jutsu in the world including forbidden one's.  If there was an alignment called 'Egocentric' that would fit the mold.
Contrary to what you think, evil doesn't always want to team up with evil. If that was the case Orochimaru would have stayed with the Akatsuki, and they wouldn't have been after Orochimaru at all.  All of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist would be together instead of separated doing their own desired tasks.  Evil doesn't always want company especially when they consider one competition or when there is profit to be gained by eliminating a competitor(rather good or evil) .

Simply put if you decide to be a missing nin, KNOW FOR A FACT THAT YOU WILL BE ATTACKED BY BOTH ANBUS' IN THEIR RESPECTIVE VILLAGES.  One doesn't have to choose to be a missing nin and get a possible heads up on an rasengan item, but if one does decide to be one, it won't be easy.  No village will be safe (outside of the one that people pay a hefty price to enter and Konoha).  It's a part of the trade off, if one wants the possible rasengan item and one wants to keep their hard earned stats, castles, gems, and etc... then they can, but there has to be reciprocation.

*Raises a hand* I got a question....

What would happen if a player wants to keep normal? what I am meaning is that they don't want to be missing-nin or have the kekkei Genkai.

Would they still be able to be like usual?
