This is just an idea I brought up earlier. I think we should have kind of Government system in SL, like a Kage of each village and Anbu captain or something like that. Also there could a grand Kage over all the land. In each village you could vote for your leader out of the highest ranking members, and have leadership challengers and stuff like that. Also the Kages could post messages on the main village page etc... This is just an idea and I want to see what people think about it.

Rough ideas without any details like this one, is nothing to think or talk about. It will just end up full of pointless spams & get locked up.

Well what kind of details do you want? It would only be available to higher ranking people (eg. Grand Hokage), they could issue war with other villages, meaning that another village can't have people of that village come into it.

Since you guys can't see the flaws in this idea, I guess I will point them out for you.

1) There are tons of Grand Hokage out there.
2) How many people do you think you know on the server?
3) Race (a.k.a which village you belong to) can be changed from DK to DK.
4) This will turn out to be a battle of who has the most friends or alt characters. Even if Oliver does block votes from your alt, you can always get you friends to make tons of alt to vote for you. Or get your clan members to vote for you so that your clan can take over a certain country. The voting wouldn't be fair no matter how you look at it.
5) Imagine if every village leader issue a war against all other villages...
6) It has been said before, players will not be given the powers that will influence other players' gameplay. Only admins & mods can do that.
7) Do you seriously think restricting other players from going into a certain village just because you "own" it will make the game better or more interesting?

She's right. I don't think this is even up for debate- it's clear enough that, not only did you fail to pay attention to how the game works; but you also failed to compose anything that might explain how this may work- or in another word- Detail.

It sounds almost selfish, if it weren't for the fact that I have no idea who your character is (which, it seems may be a high-level character). So, yeah, no.
