most likely Sannin or Hokage because I don't think an acad can beat an Akatsuki, but they can beat oro so meh ._.;

I agree, the jounin rank is great for this event

I think that genin should be allowed to do this event, because Naruto and Sasuke fight Akatsuki when they are still technically genin. This event should be implemented, just as long as we get an option to run away

But they are stronger than Jounin.

it should start somewhere between Jounin and Anbu. Preferably Jounin so i can get started.

Not Jounin, too many good things are unlocked already at jounin. How about Hunternin, because nothing new happens  when you turn hunternin.
