Ok well I'm pretty sure this has been suggested already but I searched and didn't find anything so here goes.
Sound Ninjutsu:
Level 1:Kyomeisen (Vibrating Sound Displacement)-Using your chakra you control sound waves into your opponents ear causing him to lose his balance. He would lose 5% of his defense for 4 rounds and have a 1/5 chance of attack not hitting you.
Level 3:Zankuha (Air Wave Attack)-Using your chakra you form sound into a wave and send it at your opponent. This would cause 90-95 damage.
Level 5:Yowakusaru Engi (Sound Amplification)-Using the sound waves around you, you increase your attack strength. Attack is increased by 10% for 5 rounds and defense is decreased by 5% for 5 rounds.
Level 10:Yure Tama (Sound Bullets)-Combining your chakra with the sound waves around you, you form a sound bullet and shoot it your enemy. This attack would cause 150-200 damage.
Level 15:Omoi Zankuha (Massive Air Wave Attack)-Using your chakra you form a massive sound wave and send it at your opponent. This attack would cause 350-400 damage for 3 rounds.
Just another jutsu idea.

Yea when I was reviewing this I thought that lvel 3 was to strong also level 10 may be a bit strong ill fix it

doesnt use fuuton...but I changed the level 3 originally it was 120-150 damage though...

I may just be a little power hungry but I think level 15 should go for 3 rounds at least. Suna level 15 goes for 4 rounds. Czar, though you're still a Jr. Member you're the man when it comes to creating jutsu!

Aww shucks! Yea level 15 suna is a bit too strong for my opinion (although i use it every oro kill it takes some of spazzazz out of the oro kill cause you know youre gonna win! Somebody wnated me to make a toad ninjutsu? thoughts?

No toad ninjutsu, that would be stupid since we can already summon 4 different kinds

I am unsure where to put it, as it is more a weapon category. He won't use normal weapons anymore.

huh? whatcha talkin bout neji? weapons?

What Neji is saying, is that each sound shinobi uses a weapon to conduct their attack, rather it be a flute, special hands, or a metal object that's attached to their arms.  Each of those things are considered weapons, and wouldn't fit in the game because we already have a weapon shop.

I see now...when I was making this I came across that same problem and used the "Using your chakra you form sound waves idea..."

except for the last part, yes.

I would not let you buy normal weapons then, which is part of the kekkei genkai I have set up in my mind.

Also, simply having "sound jutsu that enhance yourself" at no drawback is ... not good.

I think I have to invent damage types
