Another Jutsu Idea.
Snake Ninjutsu
Level 1:Snake Arms-You shoot multiple snakes from each arm at your opponent. Your Opponent would suffer bite wounds causeing 25-30 damage 3 times for 1 round.
Level 3:Lava Snakes of the Underworld-Using your chakra you summon lava snakes from cracks within the earth. The lava snakes would attack your opponent 3 times for 45 damage for 4 rounds.
Level 5:Common Snake Summoning-Using your chakra you summon a common snake which strikes your opponent for 150-160 damage. Lasts 1 round.
Level 10:Three-Headed Snake Summoning-Using your chakra you summon a giant Three-Headed Snake which strikes your opponent for 250-305 damage.
Level 15:Snake Skill:Double Assasination Technique-You shoot two snakes out of your sleeves at your opponent injecting him with a deadly poison. Your opponent would suffer 350 damage for 5 rounds due to deadly venom. Upon using this technique your health is cut down by half.
Hidden Jutsus:
Level 11:Mando Attack-You summon your Mando and attack your opponent for 250 damage for 3 rounds. 
I'm coming up witha bunch of ideas today! Of course i'm not sure how good they are.

Icould put it in some thing like:
Hebi Bunshin:Using your chakra you create a snake clone of yourself and shoot it at your enemy doing 25-50 damage for 10 and giving you a +2 defense until the skill is over?
Might be a little strong maybe a level 8 jutsu?

You should remake the levels then if you want to put it in, like moving lv15 to 18 and so on. And the +2 defense isn't neccessary in my opinion <.<;

ok so take the +2 out and move the level 15 to level 18? and maske this level 15? then it'd have to be stronger. 200 Damage for 5 rounds.

It wouldn't make much sense for Mando to be there since we have her as a summon AND that kind of summon is going to be in the new mount system, well as far as I know it will be

I've thought about toad ninjutsu but it was rather hard to do...not enough jutsus...we could take the mando hidden jutsu out i mean it definitely still needs revisements
