Here are some ideas for new mounts that I thought would be cool.
Giant Snake:A giant summoned snake that has quite an attitude! This mount would have a 60% chance of being available in the stables and would cost 10,000 Gold and 65 Gems. This mount would aid you in battle for 65 rounds giving you an attack boost of 4.8 and a defense boost of 2. It would attack your opponent for 2-10 damage twice a round. Example: 1.Your giant snake lunges into battle with you biting Konohamaru for 3 Damage! 2.Your giant snake lunges itno battle biting Konohamaru for 7 damage! This would be a Jounin and up mount.
Gai's Turtle:A medium-sized turtle that can talk for some odd reason. This mount would have a 85% chance of being in the stables and would cost 5,000 Gold and 35 Gems. This mount would aid you in battle for 55 Rounds giving you a defense boost of 8.7 and an attack boost of 1. It would heal you 1-7 damage once a round. Example: 1.Gai's Turtle waddles into battle healing you for 5 points! This would be available for Academy Students and up.
Doki Demon's:A set of 3 huge Doki Demons with bandages over their eyes. This mount would have a 40% chance of being available in the stables and would cost 12,000 Gold and 90 Gems. This mount would aid you in battle for 85 rounds giving you a attack boost of 15.6 and a defense boost of 15.6. It would hit your opponent 3 times a round for 2-8 damage with a 10% chance of the attack missing. Example: 1.A Doki Demon lunges into battle swinging at and missing your opponent! 2.A Doki Demon lunges into battle swinging at and hitting your opponent for 4 damage! 3.A Doki Demon lunges into battle swinging at and hitting your opponent for 6 damage! This would be a Hunter Nin and up mount.

2.) Rounds are too high.
Gai's turtle should have 35 rounds and be a genin + mount.
Doki Demons should have 60 rounds and be a Anbu +
Snake is okay except it should be hunter nin +

Yea I guess the rounds are a bit high... I made them a bit to godly!
These are just ideas just trying to give Neji some ideas I guess...

The mounts are all summons from the Naruto-verse so the snake needs a name, maybe if it was that giant 2 headed snake and was stronger and sannin+. Yes I know that's a totally different mount xD
