To my knowledge, this wasn't posted. I looked throughout the clan request thing, and didn't find it.
If I missed the thread, or the leader has always been able to do this, just tell me as opposed to yelling "SEARCH!!!!"

Could a module be implanted in the clan halls that controls what ranks are able to do certain things?
For instance, be able to control what ranks can add things to the MotD, or promote/demote people?

i remember back when the fountains were around you could put "allow ________ and up to ________"

or something liek that.....

it was for leaders and founders and the rank below it.....

it was a really long time ago though....

i think neji took it out because i havent seen it since teh fountains left

I honestly have no idea what the fountains were for.

it was basiclly like an Officer+ area that was seperate from the rest of the halls.....

the clan system is quite fixed, and I can't assign the ranks.

think of it as the army... you get new rank, you get new privileges. they are assigned to a rank, in an order that increases...

there are no extra powers I put in that could be done with a new rank system (which basically would be what you want)
