Okay.

Having the pvp range at (your dk - 5 dks) and above was good until people started getting more dks and had a small pool of people to pvp.

So the pvp range was changed to anyone 85% of your dk and up.
But that doesn't apply if you are below kage because then you used the previous pvp range.

But now a few people have enough dks where 15% of their dks is 100+.

Now, I don't like getting killed by someone with 130 more dks than me. Such an unfair fight.

So I am proposing to limit the pvp range. I prefer if 15% of someone's dk is 100+ then they can't attack someone with 100+ dks less than him/her.

If (person's dk)*(.15) > 100 then
    they can only attack people with (person's dk) - 100
end if

What do you guys think?

Hey, I can't even find, like 10 people in my DK range!
Besides, once more people get there, people will want the PVP range to go back, because they can't find anyone.

This probably won't ever affect most people.
As it would only take effect after 666 dks.
They will still use the:
   They attack someone with (.85)*(their dk)

But-

In the near future, someone will reach 1000 dks. They will be allowed to attack someone with 850 dks.
A difference of 150 dks.

Now tell me if that is a fair fight?

Anyways, the range is your dk - 100 and above.
My proposal allows you to attack someone with 100 dks less than you.

Now tell me if that range is too small?

But this range will most likely not be permanent. Could be discussed. Could be changed if the gameplay changes.
Could be changed when people hit really high dks. I say this when a difference of 100 att/def is small compared to total att/def.

If I don't want to be attacked I can easily log out in 3 places.

I don't mind getting killed. I don't mind if you use temp hp to kill me.
I don't want someone to kill me just because he has 101+ dks on me.

If the only thing against this is 'I can't find somebody to kill' speech.
Look, this will currently affect 7 people. S-E-V-E-N.
It most likely will become more, but I doubt many people will reach 666 dks.

If you really want to kill someone then it can be (your dk)-(200) and higher.
Affecting people with 1333+ dks. Happy? Think you will ever reach that?
Perhaps you can't kill anyone is because you are too weak?
If am harsh, oh well.

Most will still use the (.85)*(your dk) and higher pvp range.
Probably even more are using the (your dk)-5 and higher pvp range.

I think Neji meant that when you reset.

So that makes it that people won't reach such high dk.

I doubt he meant that you can use kekkei genkai in pvp.
If he meant both then whatever.

I know what you mean, once you get to the kage+ range DK ranges start to be more widespread in terms of finding a opponent around your DK range

Usually the ones who sleep on the fields repeatedly are the ones who know that their DK range is more higher than the average DK range of most players, albeit there are some rare easy kills..
