I recently made my own clan, and am going through the recruitment process. It is a lot of work go down the warriors list, to see if they are a good person to request. I'm just wondering that on the warriors list (Currently online or otherwise) could it show what clan they are in? Even the short name would help!

You're not supposed to see if they're in a clan or not, it makes it harder to recruit 
Go to the shades or fighting zones, those are my usual recruitment areas

How can you recruit people in the shades or fighting zones, besides sending them an in game message, I don't believe there is another choice (other than list warriors).

I usually use the zones as well, it's just, using the warriors list would be much easier.
