Thanksgiving Event.
« on: October 31, 2007, 09:51:27 PM »

I know its a bit early to be thinking of Thanksgiving but, this came to me in a dream and I thought i'd put it up here. This would be a random event that happens in the forest on Thanksgiving Day and the 3 previous days leading up to Thanksgiving.

Something Special!
You are walking through the Forest looking for something to battle with, suddenly you hear sobbing and see Chouji sitting under a large tree. You deicde to go see what all the ruckus is about and approach Chouji. He stops his sobbing momentarilily and tells you that, that damned Konohamaru took all of his Thanksgiving meal supplies and scattered them throughout the forest. You roll your eyes Oh Brother! .

A. Help Chouji find his lost Thanksgiving supplies-By choosing this option Chouji would give you a list of the items that were taken. On the list would be a turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and mashed potatoes. The only way to find the items would be to pick them up off of enemies in the forest. If you complete the task of collecting the 4 missing items you would have to find Chouji in the forest again and return the items to him. Chouji's eyes light up with glee as he licks his lips, "I feel I should reward you for helping my Thanksgiving Meal become a reailty!" He hands you a Thanksgiving goodie-bag filled with all sorts of treats. In the goodie bag would be 2 Chouji Soldier Pills, 2 Soldier Pills, A Health Elixer to increase your HP by 5, and a gem. I do not think the reward is to much because of the difficulty involved in this event.

B. Forget about Chouji you never liked Thanksgiving anyways!

Well thats it!  :D

There doesn't need to be an event for every holiday...

I agree.

Only Halloween and Christmas need one, and maybe a Valentine's day one too :)

I disagree (not to get into an arguement, but i think all major holidays need one) ive heard people say that the game gets monotone after a while and new stuff to spice it up is always good.

I liked it, but I think that anybody with luck can do the event, it is easy, you just need to be lucky to find the items.

I understand what both of you mean, but for that to occur czarguy, new ideas need to be completely thought out, it has to be original, it has to be different than any other event, etc... Lately, some ideas being requested haven't been that great.
