Well here's my idea.
Say there's a dumb guy who thinks pulling out can prevent pregnancy *cough*doom*cough* and the girl didn't want a kid, but just wanted to get laid.
She may get an abortion, and scientists use take the baby out and use the stem cells for research.
Or better yet, a doctor can take one stem cell per baby.
With so few stem cells, they won't be able to say "Well, we messed up. Oh well, we got another million!"

It's nice to know about doom pulling out and all but back to the heart I spoke of. It's not made of paper! I'll see if I an find a link to it. And they didn't make a full one, they can't yet, that's why we still have donors etc.
Couldn't find a link. He took some sample heart tissue cells and used a printer to do some stuff, he fiilled the ink cartridge with cells or some kind of solution. He used it then let it grow for a while, he came back and had a heart chamber tissue. He said if they look into it enough they could grow whole hearts. It reminded me of the way they grow skin but more complex.
