Fix Navs Error

I found something a bit ironic, but anoyying at the same time.

I had a petition form a csRengetsu that the white page with e-mail admin/petition for help screen was continously showing

So I looked him up and used the "fix navs" button and

^^ spelling error by the author of the module ;) now it should work.
