Well it would have the same layout as the Water,Fire,Rice Field, exc. and would have diffrent features

River Country should be a place in the game since that is where the Akatsuki was. Or was it the outskirts of River?

It's not worth it. I say, to heck with the other countries. I like the original ones and just that. We REALLY don't need a Lightning country.

i don't think its fair that Mist ninja have Water Country and Leaf Ninja have Fire Country and others do not

Let me ask you a few questions if you don't mind.

Can I please see the pictures you have that will be inputed into the Lightning Country?
What types of events are going to be located there?
Why would I want to travel there, how will that place be special?

You should provide with images, or a description, shops or something that will make a great idea to go to that country, I would also like the lightning country, but if there would be the same as in other countries then I would not go to that place.

Dude, lightning country hasn't even been shown!
At least stone village was in Kakashi Gaiden...
