When some people create a feature request, they include mostly every single detail. That is what you need to include. Then afterwards, put your ideas out for the members to review over.

Country Description:


You take cover under a large, leafy tree as torrential rain beats down on the landscape. Across the muddy plane, the Hidden Cloud Village is barely visible on the horizon, illuminated only as lightning brightens the sky. Anxious to make it to the safety of the city, you rush on across the mud. The city gates lie open, and you sweep in.

The guards stand huddled just inside the gate to keep dry. One checks your ninja identification and admits you into the vast city. He also tell you that it is *time* as you continue onwards.

A shrine that takes Forest Fights then turns them into PvPs?
 I think this should be not put in maybe a different kind of shop.
Too many PvPs would make the game unbalanced.
Besides we already have something like that already.

We already have 7 villages. Cloud country has barely been mentioned in the show, so we wouldn't have anything to go on. Also, if anyone, even academy student, could get there, everyone would want to have it be a race as well. What buff would that race get? All the other villages also have reasons to go there, like:
Fire: Halleys corner, Library
Water: Old House, Lucky Dip
Konoha: Ichirakus, and many others
Wind: Tattoo Parlor and Beasts
Sound: Apples and Exodus
ect.

Based on what I've heard, I would never visit this village.
