We switched the countries to cities awhile back. Previously, there was a "Rice Field Country," "Fire Country," etc. So if we were to include Lightning, we'd name it "Kumogakure." When the country names were first being converted, I made a suggestion to add Kumogakure:
Though the solution was found for Fire Country (we added Ninja Central), adding Kumo and making Iwa more accessible would be cool.
Though the idea is good to add another place, it really isn't needed...
Yes, there are 5 great nations, kiri, konoha, etc. but we really don't need it =/
We have Iwa as a hidden location already, and everyone complained about IT being a so called "waste of 100 gems".
If we make Kumogakure, then we'd have to make more shops, convert iwa so it isn't the same thing we a different name, add new features, travel system, cost to get there, debate on nationality VIA in-game, and so forth.
Even if we decided YES on this, it would clearly be a waste of time, currently Neji is working on other things; Today for example the DK points reset has been added.
Oddly enough, I was about to offer something similar to that today, nonetheless, Neji is a very busy man, and we're just not ready, let alone needy, of a entirely new city.
