In the title bar while in Rice Field Country, it says "Rice Field Country City"
and I was wondering if the "City" could be edited out...

It's a tiny annoyance, but it sort of contradicts itself.

But of course!
Indeed, every time you kill the dragon, you return to level one. If you kill the dragon enough times, you get a new title. So low level players with titles have had opportunities to embiggen themselves. (see Hall of Fame)

i was on the mission to search the caverns to find a ninja and when i started fighting the ninja it says

"you have encountered Minotaur which lunges at you with Bone Club!"

when i became a lvl 15 i clicked challenge master and this came up
