Also, when you buy sake in there, the top title bar thing of the window says `2I`5chiraku no `Rame`2n

(something like that, not sure about colors)

that and on the sidebar thing, when you click "talk to ichiraku the innkeep"

EDIT:

This shady person comes to talk to you and offers y ou a potion for 125 gp while touring the inn

Whne you click pay 125, and gives you a charm potion, it says, this is one of Cedric's charm potions.

Ichiraku?
